3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
• Supply all relevant documentation when requested
• Review reports and notify us of any discrepancies
• Retain responsibility for all financial and business decisions

We are not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees will be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.
• For ongoing services, fees may be billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance.
• All invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur fees or interest.
• We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services where payment has not been received.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will only disclose information:
• With your consent
• As required by law
• To perform our services (e.g. liaising with the ATO or software providers)

6. Limitation of Liability

• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided
